About Lorrie Gurganious

I was born and raised in South Florida. I am the proud mother of two handsome boys and as a family, we have been blessed to call Effingham County, Georgia home since 2011. Professionally, I have over twenty years of experience in the financial industry. I began working as a teller and moved into an Assistant Branch Manager position. I then transitioned and became a Senior Loan Processor, assisting home buyers with all the necessary documentation for a smooth home buying experience. I currently have the pleasure of volunteering in my church nursery, I am active with the Effingham Backpack Buddies program and participate in the Adopt-A-Family committee.
As a RE/MAX® agent, I’m dedicated to helping my clients find the home of their dreams. I understand that buying and selling a home is a big decision. I know the value of having a representative you can depend on to assist you through the process. You deserve a realtor who will prioritize your needs, communicate with you regularly, who offers knowledge and experience. You want a realtor who can advise, answer questions, and work hard for you to ensure your interests are met. Most importantly, you want a representative who you can trust with your next big step. Whether you are buying or selling, I am that realtor. I’ll be there from the very beginning and through every process along the way. I want to be a part of your journey and help you write your next chapter!

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you. Please don’t hesitate to contact me today!
